Saxon was amazing listening to what my needs and price was to get me into a New Forester . I bought a brand new car also from here, had a routine maintenance, then this time they messed up with my car, just because the cover or lid in my engine oil is not properly attached. White smoke came out maintenance, then this time they messed up with my car, just because the cover or lid in my engine oil is not properly attached. White smoke came out my car, engine oil spilled all over the engine bay, my car had to be towed, I had to come back multiple times for them to fix the issue. The advisor was excellent addressing my concerns, The manager expressed no concern at all. I am driving my car with uncertainty. I missed some appointments, work, damages just because of the problems caused by them. I do not trust service techs here. You pay, then they will mess up with your car. Nobody cares. The service advisor is 5/5 but the manager and the tech 1/5. More
