We had been looking for a car for sometime at different dealerships before we decided on a Subaru, but unfortunately we ended up having an awful experience with Fairfield Subaru. I was referred to Napa Subaru by corporate Since they offered to honor the invoice price that was negotiated at the other dealership. they were extremely professional with communication and very accommodating. We were assigned to Dominique and she was our sales rep. She was always very professional, personable and communicated with me regarding ETA on the car from the factory. The day We picked up the car she had all the paperwork and loan term options for us to review and compare what fit our budget best. I would definitely recommend Dominique to friends and family or anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. More
