I had an idea of what I was looking to expect before going into the dealership. Had done a lot of homework and knew the vehicle I was interested in was in high demand. I called Dominique and told her what I was looking for. She went on the lot, and texted me pictures of the two cars that fit my needs, with the window stickers. When my wife and I got to the dealership, she had the two cars ready for a test drive. Since I knew that I was probably going to pay MSRP due to supply and demand, it was nice to see that the dealership went $1k under sticker. Every other dealership I talked with said that Sticker is what they are selling the car at, because everybody wants that car, and there is a waiting list. They were $400 under the KBB trade-in value for my car, but I wasn't going to argue about $400. It was 12 years old, with a lot of miles. In short. I didn't feel any pressure from Dominique or the finance manager. Overall it was a pleasant experience. More

Everything I wished for. Ron Cooper was great and honest. There was a lot of attention paid to extended warranty. I must have had to decline 5 times.
