Brought in our 2017 Crosstrek. Service manager took care of the vehicle as usual, fully checking over things and replaced parts as needed. I get the price... this requires pulling the battery with a proper memory-keeping device for vehicle electronics. Then actually cleaning up and putting everything back in... it takes time. Getting the vehicle home, I took off the red plastic cover from the positive battery pole... yes.... corrosion that I never noticed before. I bought a special battery cleaning spray and thoroughly cleaned it up, put on anti-corrosion rings (without disconnecting) and now check the battery each fueling. I called the service manager to say how much I appreciated his bringing the problem to my attention and I will determine later if I feel the battery is not performing or is venting/leaking too much. It appears good so far. I am interested in an AGM type battery, as is used in our Audi and Mini Cooper. I feel confident bringing our Crosstrek to Hanlees service department because they've always done a good job. More

I was in the market for a new car, and after whittling down our list to a handful of vehicles, my wife and I decided to go with a 2025 Subaru Legacy. I saw a premium model at my local dealer. Unfortunately, none of the dealers in the greater Sacramento area were really willing to work with us on the price or custom order one. I bought my first car years ago at Hanlees Toyota in Davis and messaged the team at Hanlees Subaru in Napa. Cherry was amazing from the beginning. The process was quite simple, and within minutes, they gladly custom ordered my new car at a great price. She did a great job keeping me notified along the way, and the car was even delivered four days ahead of time. I scheduled a time to come in for a test drive and to do the paperwork a few days after they received it. Mike in financing was great to work with, and I was out of there within 90 minutes. They checked in afterward to ensure I've been satisfied. It's my first but likely not my last Subaru. I couldn't recommend them more to anyone in the market for a new or reliable used vehicle. More
