This was my first time at Hanlees Subaru. I live in Fairfield where there is a dealership... So read between the lines. I was looking for service center where I feel like I do at my Toyota dealership... Also owned by Hanlees... And also in Fairfield. I found what I was looking for and more. I found personal service, I found better prices, I found Janette waiting for me as I showed up for my appointment. She was very professional, and she was patient as I asked a bunch of questions. Most of all she was understanding and understood my apprehension as I was trying to get a feel for the dealership. We found some common ground and she earned my respect and my trust. Yes, It's a 25 min drive from where I live, but the differences between Hanlees and what is available in Fairfield was easy to see. I saw other customers coming in that were definitely regulars and you could feel that they felt appreciated and that they were not worried about getting a fair deal. That is what I am used to and that is what I was hoping for. I high recommend Hanlees Subaru service team and dealership. More
