I made an attempt to contact maintenance manager to have the problem fixed but it was a huge disappointment, the reply " he's busy"... I hope i can dispose this machine sooner than later. But overall i can question the competency and training offered by the toyota company - I hope the mother company Toyota can address on this issue sooner than later otherwise deaths and major injuries may not be avoided. More
