They do not honor service appointments Really just go elsewhere - there are lots of options. They have more business than they can handle. And their attitude reflect that they now take their customers for granted. If you have a 9:00am appointment, expect to wait outside in a line of cars until 10:30 before ever talking to anyone. Don't take my word for it - read other reviews and see for yourself. It is a pattern. They set a time that they have no intention of honoring. You wait. You pay. They profit. I made an attempt to contact maintenance manager to have the problem fixed but it was a huge disappointment, the reply " he's busy"... I hope i can dispose this machine sooner than later. But overall i can question the competency and training offered by the toyota company - I hope the mother company Toyota can address on this issue sooner than later otherwise deaths and major injuries may not be avoided.
