Excellent service from service advisor I again received the consistent excellent service from Service Advisor Mike Huey. I got my oil changed, tires rotated and multi-point inspection done I again received the consistent excellent service from Service Advisor Mike Huey. I got my oil changed, tires rotated and multi-point inspection done efficiently and timely. Mike summarized my service results and suggested that a follow up on the waterpump can be checked on when I bring my car in on my next service appointment. Mike has been my family's service advisor for over 12 years. We have been extremely pleased with Mike and he is the reason we bring all our cars to be serviced at this dealership. More

They do not honor service appointments Really just go elsewhere - there are lots of options. They have more business than they can handle. And their attitude reflect that they now take their customers for granted. If you have a 9:00am appointment, expect to wait outside in a line of cars until 10:30 before ever talking to anyone. Don't take my word for it - read other reviews and see for yourself. It is a pattern. They set a time that they have no intention of honoring. You wait. You pay. They profit. I will not participate or reward such disregard for my time. More

I made an attempt to contact maintenance manager to have the problem fixed but it was a huge disappointment, the reply " he's busy"... I hope i can dispose this machine sooner than later. But overall i can question the competency and training offered by the toyota company - I hope the mother company Toyota can address on this issue sooner than later otherwise deaths and major injuries may not be avoided.
