Well I brought my vehicle in for pinging sound, they said it was low on oil and Battery was going bad, it did not fix the problem. In the last month I have brought car in 3 4 times spending over $2000 engine it was low on oil and Battery was going bad, it did not fix the problem. In the last month I have brought car in 3 4 times spending over $2000 engine lites of but still pings and ideals rough. Also they called me well working on car saying they thought oil pan screw was on to tight and probably stripped, so I said just top oil off. So when I was call ed to pick up they said they were able to get screw off, but they said I may need new oil pan cost $600 +. I said can’t afford that’s when they said they were able to get screw off, it seems they always trying to get me to spend more money. Not very happy. More

My car was brought in on a Saturday for maintenance. I did not receive a phone call to pick up my car after it was finished. My car ended up staying until Monday morning since the service dept was close I did not receive a phone call to pick up my car after it was finished. My car ended up staying until Monday morning since the service dept was closed on Sunday. Super inconvenient for me. I had plans for fathers day and work Monday. I may start bringing my car to another dealership even though it would be further out. More
I do not feel very welcome to the service center , the first comment or observation was why I went to the one Toyota Oakland to buy and come there to service , And the person who helped me didn't want to first comment or observation was why I went to the one Toyota Oakland to buy and come there to service , And the person who helped me didn't want to believe that my vehicle had toyota care. I had to commit that I was telling the truth so as not to be charged for my first service, making sure that when scanning the vehicle it would have all the information on the card. More
