He makes you feel very welcome, like you are family and he genuinely cares about what you say and pays very close attention to what you want! Almost a year later after purchasing my new Rav4 I still absolutely love Thai. He is always available to answer any questions and makes me feel like a true valued customer! Due to unfortunate circumstances I wasn’t able to get my car detailed within the allotted time. BUT 10 months later he still honored my detail! So phenomenal! Thai is a ROCK STAR!!
