The dealership advisers are helpful and nice but the shuttle service they have there is very slow and I had to use Uber to get to my appointment because the dealership could not provide me a ride home o shuttle service they have there is very slow and I had to use Uber to get to my appointment because the dealership could not provide me a ride home on time I also had to wait an hour before the shuttle was able to pick me up to give me a ride back to the dealership for my truck. I took it for routine maintenance like I have for 6 years. I took it home and days later I noticed a bump on my tire, which I know was not cause by me or the road cause I am very careful and take good years. We were handled by Jessie and he was very kind to us. It was our first time coming to this dealership so we weren’t sure where to wait as our appointment was at 7:30am and we had arrived at 7:25am. A woman came out and told us to wait in the line on the street which we did not see. Yet she told us we were cutting in line. So we waited in the parking lot until we saw others pull into the appointment line. Once we lined up we had gotten down from our car to see if we needed to check in at the desk, similar to another location we have gone to, only to be yelled at by the same woman who told us to wait in the car. She then proceeded to tell us that we don’t know how to listen and that we had cut in front of several people despite there being no cars behind us in line. When we were finally greeted by another service advisor he had explained to us how things worked in a much kinder manner. More
