No point in having an appointment. I waited 30 past my apt time mins just to be checked in and I was the only car there. They were extremely short staffed. The original service advisor who I worked with was kind and professional. However I was overcharged by $2,000 on the invoice that was prepared by a different service advisor. This initial overcharge meant that I couldn't get my car for 3 days until that particular service advisor returned. More
