Had an 1015 am appointment for just an oil change and at 130 the truck was not even started yet. What is the point of an appointment time if it can't be done at a appropriate time. I took my car to dealership & they did diagnosis that ABS system not working & did not informed me that hybrid battery is also needs to be replaced when they did ABS work done & I took my car and drive the s system not working & did not informed me that hybrid battery is also needs to be replaced when they did ABS work done & I took my car and drive the same day check hybrid system sign came in I took my car again to them & the said car hybrid battery needs to be replaced which cost around 6000 dollars with labor. I am very disappointed because I already spent 2500 dollars & they did not informed me about whole issues with car in first diagnosis . This is my last time with this dealership . More

This last checkup cost me almost $4,000, with labor being almost $3,000. I understand I could have gotten my car back in a day, if they didn’t have to wait for a kit they needed that was not in stock, to be almost $3,000. I have been going to Hanlees for over 20 years. People tell me dealerships overcharge, now I believe it. I am trusting all the work was necessary. I think I will be severing my ties with Hanlees for future service. I just can’t afford it. More
