The dealership advisers are helpful and nice but the shuttle service they have there is very slow and I had to use Uber to get to my appointment because the dealership could not provide me a ride home o shuttle service they have there is very slow and I had to use Uber to get to my appointment because the dealership could not provide me a ride home on time I also had to wait an hour before the shuttle was able to pick me up to give me a ride back to the dealership for my truck. I took it for routine maintenance like I have for 6 years. I took it home and days later I noticed a bump on my tire, which I know was not cause by me or the road cause I am very careful and take good years. Also didn't really drive my car much since i picked it up. When confronted the service person that helped me out, he mentioned they didn't do anything to it and put the blame on me. I also noticed damage on my center console as well. Never going there again after this terrible experience More
