Easy to schedule an appointment. Service Representative friendly and professional. At the service counter the Rep adjusted my price to reflect my coupon. Our salesperson Thai was great and very accommodating. The manager Juan was not so good, with an abrasive and unprofessional manner. He made an error by giving us an incorrect quote, then insisted we pay the difference. The other manager did eventually honor the quote after a lot of tension. Again, Thai was very helpful in resolving the dispute and getting us a great deal. I recommend the dealer, but steer clear of Juan! More

Everybody was very kind and accommodating, but five stars especially goes to Sales Rep Ricky Machado who took his time explaining how the purchase process worked, and especially about the car itself. While traveling, my Highlander developed a leak around the rear axle. Hanlees got me in first thing the next morning, found and fixed the problem and had me back in the road by 1:00 pm.
