The service advisor is friendly but the in-store coffee and beverages is not well served. Service rate is high and there isn’t any car wash and vaccum service. Made an appointment for 7:45am on a Saturday. The driveway was blocked until 8am. Okay that’s fine I guess. Don’t make all these appointments if you can’t keep up with the customers. More
