It was a little confusing to understand the breakdown of the total cost from services I declined. If I would have understood the final cost declined services, I would have had a few items repaired. For the coolant exchange service I did pay for, Jenny did give me an accurate estimate for the costs. Second, was the wait time. My appointment was at 11 am but I dont think I was seen until 11:45 am. Overall, I wouldn't commit to any service at Toyota Hilltop without Jenny as my service advisor. More
