From the moment he picked up the phone he was completely honest, caring, and transparent with the entire process-- something that is unfortunately rare to find in dealerships now days. I had to fly in from Los Angeles because many dealerships around here have been dishonest, borderline unethical and greedy with some of their practices. Both Thai & Anthony (General manager) helped me secure a great deal, and I was on the plane the following day. Thai helped streamline the entire process, stayed up till 11 pm helping me look for flights and kept updating me on the vehicle. He genuinely looks out for his customers as if they were his family. If I had to purchase another vehicle again, I would not hesitate to fly back up there. I highly recommend contacting Thai for your next car. More

The service was fast and direct. Shelia apologized for the flat tire and even thought how she could get road hazard, but I was way out of mileage.
