My husband took our Prius in to get a new 12v battery. I did spend time with an associate over the phone who took all the payment info, which we really appreciated. Service was quick. Service good. But your new policy very very poor. I bought my used car with pre paid toyota care for 50k miles and is no longer valid since it is under the origina But your new policy very very poor. I had an appointment. My car was supposed to be finished in 2 hours. They kept it overnight and it wasn't ready until 11:30 a.m. next day.
