Our experience getting our new used RAV4 could not have been better! Buyer beware. Attempted to purchase a used electric vehicle from this dealership. The salesperson repeatedly misled my husband and I about the transfer of the orig Attempted to purchase a used electric vehicle from this dealership. The salesperson repeatedly misled my husband and I about the transfer of the original warranty. We asked for clarification several times to make sure the remainder of the 10 year/100,000 mile drivetrain manufacturer warranty which covers the electric battery would transfer to us as he claimed. We only discovered that was a lie after making the downpayment and signing most of the purchase documents. The warranty was actually going to be for less than half the time the salesperson represented. He then tried to maintain it was an honest mistake. Really? We backed out of the sale and left the dealership. Extremely unpleasant experience. More
