Excellent service and customer service within current framework but it appears to lack some important service areas: I would highly recommend: 1. Please have Service advisor ask if customer wants 1 framework but it appears to lack some important service areas: I would highly recommend: 1. Please have Service advisor ask if customer wants 19 multi point inspection(included), not waiting for customer to ask 0R automatically include in service as offered OR ask customer if wants this inspection. If none of the above options is offered, the customer is inclined to believe this is not done anymore and does not get it done. Or is this your intent? Quality for routine service has declined somewhat in this respect. 2. Please continue using the 19 multi point inspection check off list when service tech completes inspection as well as recommendations. This has been replaced with no written feedback but a verbal comment,"everything is ok" per the service advisor. 3. An itemized list of parts and labor would be very helpful. It is hard to see the breakdown of the cost when the amount is bundled into lump sums. Thank you for taking these requests seriously. I appreciate it very much. More
