I had an appointment for maintenance at 8:30am on Saturday, but the service department person didn't arrive til 8:50am. My car's software update didn't upload correctly, so I was sent home in a Lyft Saturday, but the service department person didn't arrive til 8:50am. My car's software update didn't upload correctly, so I was sent home in a Lyft because the master tech wasn't working until Monday. The rental car service was not open on weekends, so I didn't get a rental either. I had no vehicle for two days. Then on Monday I called after noon to check on my vehicle and was told it was fixed after being on hold for over 15 minutes. No one ever proactively called me to update me about my vehicle. When I picked it up, I was not given any explanation about what the recall was for, why the software update failed, or how it was eventually fixed. I deserve to know what's happening with my vehicle.
