I came to get our car checked for the engine light. Even I had the appointment, still when I reached there I was told that technicians are busy and the car will not be fixed today. I was given Kona EV Even I had the appointment, still when I reached there I was told that technicians are busy and the car will not be fixed today. I was given Kona EV as a loaner car, which was not even cleaned. Usually with other luxury car service centers, you get luxury car as a loaner car. There was some spark in one of the plugs but the engine issue was fixed by swapping the plug. The plug should have been replaced. I was told to come again if the issue persisted. The center is far from my place. More
