When I went in the first service clerk didn’t even say good morning when I came up to say good morning all he said what can you give me 5 minutes to do this paperwork work in a rude tone. I took a set and them other customers came in. He addressed one that was I guess there earlier I’m the day. Totally ignored me and took this gentleman to the back to retrieve some from his car. Never came back to help me. The. The other service clerk help me. He was so nice and sweet. I sat for 1/2 before I was helped. But this young man made me feel better and was very helpful. The cashier on Wednesday was also not liking her job. Feel that this facility need more people that are friendly and like their job. Like I said only one young man made my experience worth going there. I feel I spent a lot of money on a vehicle at this dealership things should be more friendly. More
I brought my car in for a complete diagnostic and power steering pump replacement spent over $8000 dollars and received my car back in worse shape than I received it. I brought it back to address the problems and was quoted thousands more to fix this is a dealership And I thought it was the best service but it was the worst service I’ve ever had I’m going to yell and everyone else I can tail about the super bad service and extra high prices that Hanlee Buick has in Richmond California the worst service I’ve ever had, and no one would help me fix it just money, and I have all the paperwork to prove it More
Paul was amazing and would highly recommend him. I was not as satisfied with the finance manager.
