we will not return to this dealership for any reason. The customer service was not acceptable and we were treated terribly by Jason. He was disrespectful and condescending and rude. We had to call the corporate office in Fairfield and speak with Barbara to get a call back with a status of the truck repair. At no time were we told an additional part was ordered so we were under the impression that the work was in progress. If at any time Jason would have notified us re the part ordered we would have had expectations set. It is so easy to leave a message or send a text. We finally were called by Ash and given a status. He was better than Jason but not by much. Ash gave my wife his cell number and said to call him directly. He was responsive at first but that didn’t last. Long story short, we would recommend Hanlees for service or anything else. More
