Called to inquire about said part, was told up to 72 hours. Called again a week later, was given the worst attitude. Asked for a manager to call back they said they were. Look at your yelp reviews, most say the same. It’s been about a month and still no call back. Will NEVER come back. More

I purchased A 2023 GMC sierra recently. The salesman Paul was extremely cool. Intellibeam and Lane keeping assist where not working straight out the gate. They would not give me a loaner vehicle only a Lyft ride and I thought that was low class. I purchased a used vehicle in the past from Ford and when it had an issue I got a loaner no problem just to show you a comparison. Jason in the service department made me feel more comfortable. The fleet manager just said anything trying to make things seem like that truck was fully inspected when it clearly was not. These are the reasons this dealership gets a 2 star rating from me and I cannot suggest it to my friends, family or strangers. Highly disappointed. More
