I should've went with Ford. I can't recommend GMC to anyone and I was bias towards GMC before this purchase. More
The shocks went out on my 2018 Denali. Saw that was a common issue. Called Hanless and they said it may be a covered issue. Got there and was told that I had to pay $235 for them to "verify" if they could replace the shocks at no charge. I paid the $235 and was told the issue would cost over $2200 to replace the shocks and could be done in 30 minutes. I declined and went on line watched a video on how to do it and ordered OEM replacements for $436 and replaced them myself in about an hour. RIP OFF AVOIDED (except for the $235 to tell me what I already knew. More
LF fender liner does not fit correctly on my new 2023 truck. This is my first service, 7500 miles. Service writer told me that it wasn't a warranty issue and I needed to see a bodyshop because I 'obvious truck. This is my first service, 7500 miles. Service writer told me that it wasn't a warranty issue and I needed to see a bodyshop because I 'obviously hit something to make it that way' which is untrue, and from what I can tell, impossible if you look at the issue with any knowledge base. Upon pushing further service writer said he could submit to warranty but he didn't want to because if it got rejected he would be wasting his time. More
