My service advisor didn’t talk much at all and I feel like we didn’t have much communication. When I later picked up my car my service advisor wasn’t around and I never saw him again. I tried to talk to like we didn’t have much communication. When I later picked up my car my service advisor wasn’t around and I never saw him again. I tried to talk to another advisor who didn’t know anything and pointed me to the cashier. There was really no closing or further conversation about the additional recommended services I heard about on the phone and none of it was documented on my paperwork. In all, it was a strange visit. These visits are expensive and I’d like more communication for what I’m spending on my car. More
