Took in my vehicle for 100k service. They ended up breaking one of my lug nuts so now I have to pay $220 for the parts and labor. We had an appointment to see whether they could fix a tire for us- the tire, and car, were purchased here 3 mos ago. With an appointment, it took 15 min before anyone talked to us. 2 and a half hours lat tire for us- the tire, and car, were purchased here 3 mos ago. With an appointment, it took 15 min before anyone talked to us. 2 and a half hours later, they said they couldn’t fix the tire and the extended warranty wouldn’t cover the cost to replace it. It would be $260 to replace it, and they’d have to order a replacement. We took the car elsewhere. More
