I bought my car for service in the past some how have 2 of my tires changed, I found out one of my tire making noise because service mechanic left small screw inside the tire, but Tony be able to have the of my tires changed, I found out one of my tire making noise because service mechanic left small screw inside the tire, but Tony be able to have them fix it,. I have been working with Tony as my service advisor for many years now. I was happy to find that he is working for Hanlees Toyota since it is closer than the other Toyota service center I have been going t many years now. I was happy to find that he is working for Hanlees Toyota since it is closer than the other Toyota service center I have been going to. He has always been honest with me and a great representative of the dealership. I will continue to come to Hanlees Toyota to have my 2 Toyotas serviced because of this. I may be able to get cheaper service at an independent shop but getting genuine Toyota parts is important to me. Plus the Toyota database for troubleshooting problems is a lot bigger at Toyota so they will be able to solve the problem faster. More
