I bought my car for service in the past some how have 2 of my tires changed, I found out one of my tire making noise because service mechanic left small screw inside the tire, but Tony be able to have the of my tires changed, I found out one of my tire making noise because service mechanic left small screw inside the tire, but Tony be able to have them fix it,. It good at least it did not damage the tire yet, I will keep an eyes to make sure it will be ok for now, if not will definitely bring back for next time. More

I have been working with Tony as my service advisor for many years now. I was happy to find that he is working for Hanlees Toyota since it is closer than the other Toyota service center I have been going t many years now. I was happy to find that he is working for Hanlees Toyota since it is closer than the other Toyota service center I have been going to. He has always been honest with me and a great representative of the dealership. I will continue to come to Hanlees Toyota to have my 2 Toyotas serviced because of this. I may be able to get cheaper service at an independent shop but getting genuine Toyota parts is important to me. Plus the Toyota database for troubleshooting problems is a lot bigger at Toyota so they will be able to solve the problem faster. More
