Nathan was very helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and also took the initiative to update me thoughout the process. I believe Chris was my technician. Apparently one of the machines was broken in the Toyota Garage. Chris ensured that I was still able to get the service I needed by bringing my tire to their partner garage at Nissan. Nataly Diaz was fine but then went on vacation and Brad took over. He was great! He kept us informed on the status of our car and when the delivery was scheduled.
