They are the absolute worst. I will never go back there. I brought my 2021 tundra in for a cracked windshield, the truck had 2000 miles on it at the time. They denied me because the said they saw a chip in the glass. Ok I guess that's just how it goes. Learned to live with it. Next I went in because the center console door skin is coming apart. I showed it to the service writer an he told me no problem bring it back an we will replace it. Came back an they told me I need to pay for it because the truck now has 53,000 miles on it an they only cover up to 30,000 miles. I figured that Toyota would have some pride in the product they put out especially since I bought the truck brand new from hanlees lot. I guess I was wrong. More
Had service done on my Toyota and was very pleased with the service.
