Yesterday I brought my car in for service, my car had been under the care program, last time my care was serviced it was at 80,000 mile I’m now over 90,000 & didn’t realize my service plan was up. I asked for my regular service that I have gotten for over 15 years on the on the Toyotas that I have owned over the years. I was never given a price so I assumed my care was still under service, but no after the work was done I was hit with the bill. I asked why I was told this in the begin they said it’s on the paper we gave you, I said the unsigned paper that ask for a signature to approve the service.
