The place is confusing when you get there, a bunch of offices and no one talked to me. So I entered an office with someone in it and she was super rude when I arrived; I finally asked her to find the guy offices and no one talked to me. So I entered an office with someone in it and she was super rude when I arrived; I finally asked her to find the guy I spoke with on the phone and she said she would and then disappeared for a few minutes. Well he ended up being in the next office so she had no intention of getting him and I don't know what she went to do. Finally after 20+ minutes, I was able to leave my car. The guy I asked for was better and helped me but he kept leaving to take care of other things without saying much. It just was a very non-communicative experience lacking professionalism and customer service. The work they did was good but not sure worth it over another local service shop that's probably more affordable. More
Parts first individual quoted the incorrect tire type even when given the catalog numeric series, second parts rep Jeremy corrected the first parts rep who did not know how to read the catalog label for even when given the catalog numeric series, second parts rep Jeremy corrected the first parts rep who did not know how to read the catalog label for these tires, Garage tech fail to calibrate two wheels for vehicle claiming thier defective when it was him not understanding how calibrate for the oscillator fact for tires that size two BF Goodrich tires defective is not possible one perhaps not two in a row, this was confirmed to be the situation at another business that only deals in tires servicing. service department failed to communicate to customer what action will be taken for so called defective tires in relationship to a new order placed, payment, to be made at this stage of the process was never confirmed or communicated. A lack of respect for customer in how this was situation was handle poor communication poor resolution to situation poor handling of paper work and a general lack of concern for getting it right the work order for customer satisfaction, do not recommend this dealership the word is already going out to avoid this business if you own operate a Jeep vehicle. Take you Jeep else’s where. More
