Glad to get the issue resolved so easily. Very difficult to contact the service department, but they were very nice. Very difficult to contact the service department, but they were very nice. More
This will be the first time and last time I visit this particular dealership. Experienced all the typical dealership nonsense; -$200 for a $50 part any where else. Told it would take 10 days to particular dealership. Experienced all the typical dealership nonsense; -$200 for a $50 part any where else. Told it would take 10 days to change out a sensor and program a key. Ended up taking 13 days. Zero communication, no update phone calls. Said they had to get a part from a different dealership, they made it sound like it was super far away and would be difficult to get, when it was just across town. Told me I could go get the part myself and bring it back to them. What am I paying them $900+ dollars for if I have to go get my own parts? Best part was I called on the 13th day to see what the status of my vehicle was. The service person I was working was not available, o.k. fine, I asked to speak to the service manager, get the service manager on the phone, again, what the status is of my vehicle, he goes and checks. While I am on hold with the service manager the individual who was supervising my service called me and left me a voicemail saying my vehicle was ready for pick up. I did not answer the call as I was on hold and did not recognize the number. The service manager comes back on the phone to tell me that my vehicle is ready for pick up and the service person I was working with called me 15-20 minutes prior and left me a voicemail to tell me my vehicle is ready for pick up. So...who is telling the truth here? Had the vehicle been ready for sometime and they just forgot to call me or did I just happen to call at the exact moment the vehicle was ready? Who knows who cares. As I said before, it was the first time and the last time I would ever take my vehicle here. More
Lack of communication and lack of of ability to get a hold of the service department. Had my vehicle over two weeks. Waiting for a fuel injector than an O2 sensor. Had to bring the truck back for O2 sens hold of the service department. Had my vehicle over two weeks. Waiting for a fuel injector than an O2 sensor. Had to bring the truck back for O2 sensor. Called a couple times no answer from service department. After three weeks I called and the sensor was there. Not sure how long it had been there. Because no one called me. Bought the truck there and like to use the place I bought it. But I won’t be back and I won’t by another Dodge if an o2 sensors is going to take weeks to get More
