Now I have not heard back as to when I will eat my car back. I have not been offered a rental as my warranty states that it should. I have emailed them and no response. That Friday came and went. I called on Monday and Tuesday multiple times without an answer or call back. I finally decided to drive down there on Wednesday to speak to someone in person. The person I talked to said the car still hadn’t been worked on and said he couldn’t have it done until the next Friday. He said there was nothing he could do for me even though you had the car from 8/20 to 9/14, almost a month. I got a text that next day that said the car was done. I told him I was out of town but could pick up Saturday. He said he would leave the keys with the sales agent. He texted later saying he forgot and I would have to wait until Monday. I went for the recall and it wasn’t done (apparently due the system being down) was not offered another time to reschedule.
