This is for the Kia service center. Very unprofessional staff who lack actual car repair knowledge. I've had my car serviced here for years, but the service department needs improvement. Twice I've had to bring my car in for recall fixes, and both times, I've had to schedule 2-3 weeks out, as I have to r department needs improvement. Twice I've had to bring my car in for recall fixes, and both times, I've had to schedule 2-3 weeks out, as I have to request time off 2 weeks in advance, and both times, I've gotten to the appointment only to be told the needed part is not there and will need to schedule another appointment. This last time, I was attended by Maily, and she was not even apologetic about my wasted time. She told me she'd call me in 'a couple of days' and never heard from her. I had to call a couple of weeks later to have someone check if the part was there, and it was. Whoever schedules the appointments should alert the service department that a part is needed for that particar appointment, and someone in the service department should check the schedule ahead of time to make sure they have what is needed to get the job done. It's a simple fix. This has also happened to my friend, and we were both quite upset at this inefficiency. More

All the team members seemed happy and were knowledgeable, but without putting any pressure of me buying the car! They took their time explaining all the gadgets and computer software of the car I bought so I can understand it! That’s one of the reasons why I chose this place to buy my car because I felt relaxed without pressures my questions were answered!
