My shuttle picked me up almost 2 hours after I was told my car would be ready. She made me pay $264 for a part before I could take my car. The part was not there, so I would have to bring my car back. The service manager Joe promised me that he would have a courtesy card for me two weeks later. That never happened. I contacted him several times for over 2 months and never received a phone call back. Finally I had to drive from Sacramento to this dealership and was met with a bunch of excuses and promises for a refund check that would have to be sent from accounting. I followed up with Joe 7 times via email to find out when the check would be cut and I can expect to receive it. I never received an email back. I give up on this company! I had to end up disputing this through my credit card company to get my money back. This was the first and last time I will ever deal with this company! The integrity of this company is absolutely garbage and you will never get a call back! I wouldn't buy a toy car from them. More
