Horrible. They kept my car for over 6 weeks, didn't communicate at all with me about the status of my car, and charged me over $600 to do a diagnostic and chan They kept my car for over 6 weeks, didn't communicate at all with me about the status of my car, and charged me over $600 to do a diagnostic and change my spark plugs. Now two days later my Kia wont start because whatever they did to "fix" my car actually screwed up my battery and made things worse. If Hanless Kia just had run of the mill bad service I'd take my car back there and demand that they fix my battery. But they service station is worse than just bad. I have no doutb they would make my car worse, make me wait weeks, and over charge me. Unbelievably bad. More
