Very poor communication between salesman and finance officer. We waited over 3 hours to sign papers and I was paying cash. The finance officer told us he had no idea we were waiting! The sales staff was watching YouTube while I was steaming mad waiting to meet the finance guy snd it wasn’t until they thought they were going to lose a sales did they finally jump! I recently bought another car cash and it took 30 minutes from start to finish so to be at this dealership almost 4 hours was infuriating More

Well what I can say is your Service Advisor Mr Lam Mai provided me with an outstanding and above excellent service…. He went above and beyond in providing exceptional service in helping me get my car repa provided me with an outstanding and above excellent service…. He went above and beyond in providing exceptional service in helping me get my car repaired to my satisfaction…. And it seem like he’s doing the job of (3) three Service Advisors…. Because it looks like he’s the only person doing that job…. I think you’re probably not paying him enough compared with the hard work and long hours he puts in every day…. I’ve sat in his office and seen him fix a service issue that some one else had missed up pretty bad…. You really might want to seriously consider paying him a lot more compared with all of the dedicated and hard work he does…. He really makes your business look good…. And I for one am so glad you have him working for…. And I do thank you so much for providing me with such excellent service…. More
