After being told that we did not want one of the packages offered, our service advisor became much less friendly and short with us. Our service advisor was no where to be seen at the end of our two hour wait, so the other service advisor had to take care of us. It was clear there were several unhappy customers in the waiting area as well. All in all, it feels like a very hostile work environment as well as inefficient, and we will not be returning. More

He didn't force a different year or options package on us just because they had one on their lot as many dealers do.
