After being told that we did not want one of the packages offered, our service advisor became much less friendly and short with us. While waiting in the waiting area, several of the employees interacted very offered, our service advisor became much less friendly and short with us. While waiting in the waiting area, several of the employees interacted very rudely with each other. Our service advisor was no where to be seen at the end of our two hour wait, so the other service advisor had to take care of us. It was clear there were several unhappy customers in the waiting area as well. All in all, it feels like a very hostile work environment as well as inefficient, and we will not be returning. More
The experience with this dealership leaves a lot to be desired. I would never recommend them. Their practices are unprofessional, fraudulent and illegal. Great Service, Clean Facilities.. My Service Advisor, Jon Moreau was very Attentive, Courteous, and Professional. My 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited was serviced in a timely manner. Jon exhibited Excellent Knowledge and is a Credit to Hanlees Chrysler Dodge Ram Kia Auto Group! Excellent facilities, very clean. The Customer Lounge Area was spacious with a Kid's Area. They have a Large Screen TV, Free Wi-Fi, Coffee, Donuts, and Popcorn. I Recommend this Dealership. More

The salesman, Thomas May, was very understanding about our decision making process, and didn't rush us through it. He didn't force a different year or options package on us just because they had one on their lot as many dealers do. Thomas was very knowledgeable and patient with us, which was one of the reasons we drove over an hour back to Swift instead of a closer dealership. Every employee we dealt with was great. Price was right too of course. More

Thomas had the car I was looking at detailed and ready for a test drive when I got there. After we finished with the paperwork, Thomas made sure I knew how to use all the features in my car. I promise you will be happy you asked for him. I read through several posts on Yelp and I thought it was really important to say what an outstanding experience I had at Swift Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia thanks to Jarrod and Jon. So, here's the back log: I had spent several days in search of a new vehicle. I can say, it was probably one of the most frustrating quests of my life. With a newborn in tow my husband and I set out to find the perfect family vehicle. After visiting about 2 handfuls of dealerships we hadn't found something that fit our family needs. As a last effort to find something, I had my husband call Swift to see if they had any Town and Country Mini Vans. To my luck they did. I went up to Swift my self from about 30 minutes away, as promised Jarrod had the van pulled up front, all ready with the keys to go for the test drive. I really liked the van, it was pricer than I had originally planned to spend, so i headed home, and went in search of a better deal. I couldn't find one. I'm a deal finder by nature and it wasn't possible I searched the entire bay area all the way to Santa Rosa and all the way to Roseville. I worked with Jon to set things up so my husband and I could come in and pick up the van that evening, it went perfectly. We absolutely love our new van. So, with all that being said. Thank you Jarrod and Jon for an exceptional buying experience. I appreciated all the knowledge you had of the vehicle and the time you took with myself and my husband. I highly recommend this dealership for your Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Kia needs! Again please make sure you ask for Jarrod when you go out for your test drive! More
