We sat and waited for over 4 hours with no updates. I finally had to go ask. They wanted charge me $891 to replace a shift cable. I took it to my own mechanic and he said it was a linkage bushing that cost $150 for parts and labor. They wanted to replace my brakes for $850 which I found out through my own mechanic that I didn't need brakes. They are a bunch of crooks. I will never return to Hanlees or any other Jeep dealership. Please forward this to your CEO. I'm contemplating reporting Hanlees to the Better Business Bureau. More

Customer service is lacking, it felt as though I was imposing on the people answering the phones. I paid the bill and the keys were handed to me without even a thank you. When you drop $3400 on service imposing on the people answering the phones. I paid the bill and the keys were handed to me without even a thank you. When you drop $3400 on service work that the vehicle would be at least washed, and brought up for me. I had to go and find it, a complete 180 from back when Swift owned the dealership. Lastly the oil change was forgotten after a specific conversation that I had with the service represenitive. I'm done with Hanlee's More
Okay, but remain confused why the Yuba City dealer had a different diagnosis on my truck. YC said I needed to replace brake fluids and had a severe oil leak. Davis dealer said all my breaks had to be replac different diagnosis on my truck. YC said I needed to replace brake fluids and had a severe oil leak. Davis dealer said all my breaks had to be replaced (did that for safety $2k+). Davis found no oil leak let alone a severe one. Am looking for a non-dealer mechanic More
I brought my car in for an oil change and was quoted a 3 hour wait with an appointment. I felt that was ridiculous, but then could not believe when it took 4 and a half hours. There were never updates as to hour wait with an appointment. I felt that was ridiculous, but then could not believe when it took 4 and a half hours. There were never updates as to why it was taking so long and when I inquired when it might be finished it took them 30 minutes to even get back to me. They promised a car wash but apparently couldn’t manage that in the 4 and a half hours. More
Service person was annoyed at me for using a coupon for their minor service which was offered on their website with an expiration date of 6/30/2023. The service person then told me they would “honor their their minor service which was offered on their website with an expiration date of 6/30/2023. The service person then told me they would “honor their coupon this time” and would “take the coupon down immediately and not offer it in the future.” The service ended up costing $100 which was only $50 cheaper than their normal minor service price. I shouldn’t be made to feel like I did something wrong as a customer for bringing in and using a coupon they advertised on their website. More
