Broke my car battery and wanted me to pay them $300+ for a new one. Dismissive when I asked for a time estimate of repairs. Forgot to tell me when my car was repaired because the person handling my case went on leave and the office would not answer my insurance agent’s calls for over a week. More

Came in for a normal maintenance service interval. They had it for 2.5 hours but did not change the oil due to service advisor removing it from the work order. Oil overfilled by 1/2 court. $200 shop rate coupled with xxxxing terrible experience, I’m never letting these clowns touch my xxxx again More
