We sat and waited for over 4 hours with no updates. I finally had to go ask. They wanted charge me $891 to replace a shift cable. I took it to my own mechanic and he said it was a linkage bushing that I finally had to go ask. They wanted charge me $891 to replace a shift cable. I took it to my own mechanic and he said it was a linkage bushing that cost $150 for parts and labor. They wanted to replace my brakes for $850 which I found out through my own mechanic that I didn't need brakes. They are a bunch of crooks. I will never return to Hanlees or any other Jeep dealership. Please forward this to your CEO. I'm contemplating reporting Hanlees to the Better Business Bureau. More

Customer service is lacking, it felt as though I was imposing on the people answering the phones. I paid the bill and the keys were handed to me without even a thank you. Okay, but remain confused why the Yuba City dealer had a different diagnosis on my truck. YC said I needed to replace brake fluids and had a severe oil leak.
