Brought my jeep in for a check engine light. Had appointment and it took two days to finish. Tech did not replace thermostat housing with a new gasket. I have pictures of gasket it was hard, brittle and cut. Found screwdriver left in engine compartment. Missing random caps and components not secured with factory hold down clips. Jeep was returned to dealership before 0800 opening next day. Employees were showing up to work after 0800 to open. Dealership appeared to be going out of business. General cleanliness and grounds unkept. Employees left for lunch without turnover causing delay in vehicle return. Keys misplaced at at end of day pickup on second day return. Questioning if techs are certified or qualified to work on vehicles. Left feeling unsure of the quality of service. With this huge list of negative issues. Our service manager seemed to be concerned and really helped deescalate the situation ensuring it would be taken care of. This is an honest review. It has been several days and the emotions are gone.
