Brought vehicle in to find a slow leak in one of the tires. They show me a mangled lug nut. They said it was defective? They obviously didn’t take care in removing the “defective” lug nut. They forgot to use my coupon, so I was required to drive back to Davis, (I live in Woodland), to adjust my bill. They wouldn't do it by phone. I hardly got an apology. "My bad" really isn't one. Miley was doing her best, but she was the only service advisor staffed at the beginning of the day, so I had to wait an hour just to check my car in (Got there at 9 am, didn't get the car checked in until advisor staffed at the beginning of the day, so I had to wait an hour just to check my car in (Got there at 9 am, didn't get the car checked in until 10 am). I was told the service would take 3 or 4 hours, but didn't get my car back until 5 hours later. I had trouble tracking down anyone to tell me what was going on or what the delay was. Total of 6 hours spent sitting and waiting because of poor staffing levels. More
