The advisor was 30 minutes late for my appointment, without apology or explanation. She also wasn't the most friendly or communicative (the advisor I had my first time there was much better in the cust without apology or explanation. I asked for the auto start/stop feature to be looked at (as it has only been working intermittently and a warning light comes in when it doesn’t work) - I was told a “diagnostic” had to be run on it and then told it was “fixed”. However, three minutes after driving off the lot, it stoped working, so I wasn’t happy with that. The other services performed were good and the car wash was nice. More
Julia Nguyen provided the worst customer service ever. I work in customer service and her way is NOT at all correct to treat a customer, who's PAYING for your services. Very poor, service team said my battery was dead when it wasn’t bc I just drove it there, then I took it to credited mechanic and they said it was perfectly fine. Trying to scam you of money, overcharging from base pay rate and trying to get you to fix things you don’t need fixed. Would not go again More
The service was outstanding. However, when I called for statues of my truck the service receptionist in service would not transfer me to supervisor. The only one who could assist me was the advisor who prepared work order and he was not there that day. I had to drive to dealership speak to supervisor to get status on my truck. Supervisor told me it would be ready within one hour. Why did receptionist not able to get someone to provide the statues for me. For this reason even if work performed on my truck was excellent. I will never return to this dealership nor recommend to others. More
Hector is amazing. Mechanic didn't do his job correctly. Said he checked fluid on inspection but he didn't. He actually went by mileage, and didn't know vehicle had a yr. Old engine. Very disappointed with that. I waited for my car and it took almost 3 hours for an oil change only. Supposed to have inspection but all boxes were checked dirty fluid without even checking fluid which were actually all good. Hector will be a great asset to Hanlees Davis and I will return because of him. More
My service writer (Maily Nguyen) was extremely rude and un helpful. I had a bulletin from Kia stating that the work should have been covered (CS1604) but she was unwilling to even look up the document and un helpful. I had a bulletin from Kia stating that the work should have been covered (CS1604) but she was unwilling to even look up the document and told me I would have to call Kia customer care directly but wouldn’t give me there number, she told me I can find it on the internet. I called Kia and they confirmed it was indeed covered under warranty. When I showed up with the documents she still argued with me about it being covered and told me if it was covered I would have to go directly through Kia to get reimbursed which I understand. I asked if she was familiar with the process and how to go about it, she answered shortly with a no. I then asked if anyone else in the dealership was fumigar with the process that I could talk to and again she answered with a short no. I have had nothing but issues with this dealership but I either go there or go way out of my way to a further dealership. Next time I will just go further! More
