Was told had a warranty came back with same issue the warranty was only for a year, so they charged me $225 for a while diagnostic anyways which is so expensive!!!! took to a mechanic he said the previou warranty was only for a year, so they charged me $225 for a while diagnostic anyways which is so expensive!!!! took to a mechanic he said the previous person to work on my turbo charger had placed wrong hoses into connectors, missing 7 bolts that holds down the turbo charger, missing clips I mean KIA wanted $5200 this guy did it for $900!!! And fixed all the messed up stuff Kia did so there’s that, won’t be coming back More

Easy to make appointment - service advisor Hector was great - very informative, no attempts to sell unnecessary services, but at same time explained why the services he recommended were necessary. Our 2019 Niro blew the AC system driving our son home from college in June. When it was time for us to drive him back to school 12 weeks later, the car was still in the shop. It seems like they were seve from college in June. When it was time for us to drive him back to school 12 weeks later, the car was still in the shop. It seems like they were severely understaffed with mechanics, so the car sat idle for weeks waiting to be diagnosed, then every step of the way there was delay. I have compassion for the service manages having staff leave suddenly for personal reasons was not their fault; also was some waiting for parts, then a surprise once the mechanic opened up the car (c.7 weeks in) -- but even so every step took 5x longer because of the wait time to get a mechanic checking things out. What was most frustrating was the communication. I would call day after day and sit on hold 20-30 mins (then have to give up and go back to work) while our service manager Mohammad avoided picking up my calls. I left 2-3 messages a week and I think he called me back twice during the whole 3 months. Then the update would be "we are short staffed, you are next, a few more days." The women at the front desk were unfailingly polite and professional each time I called and left a message. And in June the service manager Tom was really helpful -- got the ball rolling to get the car diagnosed and got us in a loaner. More
The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. Only draw back was he waited till I was ready to drive off to tell me the tire pressure sensor didn’t work. I went to my bank where the showed me a copy of the canceled certified check the dealership had deposited on Thursday before I received the first call saying they hadn’t received payment. More
