Great service! Both Randy and Alex were great with me and my fiancé and they were able to show us the car and let us test drive it before making this big decision! The service writer, Miley, claimed I damaged a banjo bolt, showing me blurry pictures and claiming I hit something (collision, not warranty). I looked at the banjo bolt myself, cleaned it and have photo bolt, showing me blurry pictures and claiming I hit something (collision, not warranty). I looked at the banjo bolt myself, cleaned it and have photo documentation proving no external damage that her claim completely false and fraudulent. She also claimed we would need to pay for a new caliper when only the banjo bolt was defective. I can’t imagine how many people she has defrauded who don’t know where to look or don’t know better. The leasing organization was able to get the truck out of your hands and placed at a dealership with competence and understandings If she was on my staff I would terminate her immediately, but it would be wise to write her up and put her on a very short leash at the least. If the service manager who understands the severity of the situation and how much time this wasted wants to chat with me to for any additional details. I’m happy to provide them. More
The service was horrendous! Miley was not prepared and made me wait nearly an hour to check me in, and then another hour to check be back out after telling me to be there by 4:3 Miley was not prepared and made me wait nearly an hour to check me in, and then another hour to check be back out after telling me to be there by 4:30 because they closed then (they did not!).
