The jury is still out on whether I’d recommend this dealership. I visited the dealership and worked with Randy who was helpful. I time logged in on line where there is a prompt to get the “best deal” dealership. I visited the dealership and worked with Randy who was helpful. I time logged in on line where there is a prompt to get the “best deal” which one would assume is better then the listed price. A salesperson called me and when I asked for the best deal she said listed price was the best deal. I asked her why was there then a prompt for the best deal when the listed price was best deal. I had to enter my personal info and she called me about 3x not realizing she’d already contacted me. I was told that the cost for DMV reg would cover the registration through 2024. When I went to finance I was told I had to pay back to when the dmv reg expired which was April 2023. So, in essence I paid a full year but for only 4 months since I’ll have to pay again in April 2024. That cost me about $250 extra. When we drove test drove the car there was barely any gas in it. So when we purchased the car I asked if they could fill it with gas. When we got in the car and I asked if it was filled up I was told no. That for pre-owned cars they would only fill it up to 1/2 a tank. Wow!! During my discussion with finance I was told Ca law required a front plate. That was fine. When I got the car home I found it had no front plate. I texted the salesperson who said he would take care of that. More
