I had an appointment. There was no shuttle or complementary vehicle available to utilize. I ended up Uber-ing to a friends house as they told me it would take 2hrs. Took 30mins for me to get my keys. I will say: they said they were short staffed, so I understand the situation, but don't call me to come back if its not ready. & maybe offer a shuttle that is really available? More
Miley said the car would be ready and it wasn't - even the following day.
