I purchased our 2015 Jeep Wrangler at this dealership & have had most all of the service performed at this location. I was very disappointed with the level of service & attention provided by Ms.Nguyen. H have had most all of the service performed at this location. I was very disappointed with the level of service & attention provided by Ms.Nguyen. Her total lack of awareness to manage customers in the waiting area and respect for our time displays poor customer service. It’s a choice when customers choose to bring their vehicle to a service location. Why would I choose to take my service to a place where I’m not treated with respect and my time valued??? Would you?
