Was first told my service would take 10 minutes to an hour when I called to schedule. When I brought it in for my appointment time k was told everyone was busy and it could take 2 hours and that they wou hour when I called to schedule. I had to call myself and check on it 4 hours later just to be told it had been done and sitting there for hours. Your service person told me he had been at lunch and no one else made a call. How lazy is everyone to where they couldn’t make a courtesy phone call notifying me it was done when it was done. Not me having to wait and call myself. Very poor service. Will not be bringing my car here again. More

I agreed .. something didn't seem right , i called back few times no answer and sent an email no reply .. few hours later called and said the car is ready . and charged me $675 . for 10 minute work . . .. there is lot more to this .. i believe the mechanic and advisor are working together to make extra commission.. im not done investigating this matter . also getting second opinion with this matter More

We bought two cars from Hanlees Kia in Davis They worked hard to get the cars we wanted but we felt like they did a bait and switch on one car and added an unnecessary option as a part of the deal on anothe hard to get the cars we wanted but we felt like they did a bait and switch on one car and added an unnecessary option as a part of the deal on another - the famous “it’s the only one we have available” line after you’ve already negotiated a lower price and they “have to” tack on the option. We came back the next day and the cars we had actually wanted were on the lot. Buyer beware - deceptions seems built in to their standard practices. More

For a dodge dealership that does not stock oil for diesel oil change is not acceptable. Went in for my Dodge Ram 1500 Eco diesel oil change which was supposed to be 1.5 hours to 2 hours give or take and was oil change is not acceptable.
